Interior Restoration
Glenda Rueve painting the Stations of the Cross
Many years of a leaky roof and leaking water in the towers left much water damage visible on the ceiling and walls indicated by peeling plaster and paint. In January 2010, Ralph Britz, Roger Hofmann and Ralph Hofmann began the interior work on the cathedral. Many hours were spent scraping and repairing the peeling paint and cracks in the plaster on the walls. As this is Ralph Britz's third restoration of the cathedral, the parishioners felt very comfortable with Ralph's leadership and felt the project was in good hands.
